I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix 0 O* J! u7 b4 l, U; G 3 P$ n# B* X$ c/ V7 {/ L+ y7 yand I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here 3 N!
